Problems with using predefined framework for ‘Product Vision and Roadmap’

Building product visions and roadmaps is often the key activity that a product manager has to perform. Long term vision often defines the direction in which the product would evolve and roadmap is the document that often defines how the long term vision will be achieved by breaking the overall goal into smaller milestones.
